The man who brought you cheeseburgers in paradise and found your lost shaker of salt is now bringing you a place to lay your night after a few too many margaritas.
The first Margaritaville Beach Hotel opens June 28 on the barrier island of Pensacola Beach in the Gulf of Mexico. After two years in the making, Jimmy Buffet’s 162-room hotel is giving guests a new way to look at lodging.
According to the hotel’s website, room rates range by season and dates. From January through May, rooms range from $219-$319/night; $299-$399 from end of May through early-September; $219-$319 mid-September through Nov. 27; and $179-$279 from November 28 through Jan. 1. Read the rest of this entry »
